D.T.C. Enterprise Public Company Limited (DTCENT) held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2026 (AGM) on April 21, 2026, at the 3rd-floor meeting room of DTC IoT Building 2. The meeting was led by Mr. Apisit Rujikeatkamjorn, Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Thotspol Kunapermsiri, Chief Executive Officer and President, along with the Board of Directors, to report on the 2025 operational performance and future business direction. The shareholders’ meeting approved all agendas as proposed by the Board.

For 2026, the company will continue to build on its success by elevating its vision to become a full-fledged “Total Solution for Smart Transportation.” This will be driven by a more defined operational plan, coupled with a strong emphasis on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles to foster sustainable growth across all dimensions.
