Spirit Festival is the day that Chinese will show respect to ancestors and it is the month that spirit will get merit. Follow Lunar calendar, Spirit festival will be on 15^th of 7^th month by lunar calendar. Normally it will slower that thai calendar around 2 month. By Thai calendar Spirit festival will be on 9^th month. Spirit festival of this year will be on August 15,2019. Chinese will bring food and fruits to serve god and ancestor. And Chinese believe that this month spirit of ancestor will back and take merit and food that we prepare to them. They will give the luck to us.
