It is a development of automatic office’s application system and electronic document management system using websites and mobile devices. As for this matter, D.T.C. has joined in the development of documentation system used within internal departments which cover one main office and thirty five stations. Therefore, the system is at the same standard and provides data security system which contains different levels of document secrets. Moreover, this is to help administrators positioned in different levels, be able to access into data where they can make an improvement and increase capacity of departments and staffs under control. Furthermore, all different sorts of data can be applied as a service for residents and staffs living in Bangkok. In the near future, electronics documentary data exchange will be associated with other government departments according to TH-eGIF data standard and this will set example in expansion to the development of Bangkok’s central documentary system.
