It is an applied program development project in a form of GIS Web Portal using geography map with statistic data. Search, analysis engine demonstrating result in a form of Thematic Map and data concerning geographic position and location has also been used as it is to monitor, control and track excise law violation. The Client Server search system which is a contribution to administrators’ decision making (EIS Report) is as well operated along with relational database management system, permission system and data access to guarantee the safety of data used specifically within departments and to affirm processing and big database management. Consequently, these operations can lead to more proficient law violation subjugation.
